Stunning models, stunning banner, stunning bases!! And... it looks like you use the same or very similar stunning background as VanSan :P

I love the red power weapon and banner pole structure – very old school and no worse for that.

Beautiful, seeing these has made me want to stop building and start painting

As for the last commander you painted, what colours did you use painting his cloak? Do you prefer the bone colour or the purple you used in a previous picture? I've just had to soak my master in dettol to remove the mistakes I made in painting mine...

no it is not purple - the inner cloak was painted with a mix of dark flesh and blood red with some blazing orange highlights - the purple colours I left for purity seals only.

the outer cloak was painted with a mix of khemri brown / bleached bone / skull white with devlan mud and gryphonne sephia wash (instead of iyanden darksun / bubonic brown method that I used previously on the cloaks).

by the way: you have a beautifully painted salamanders in your gallery - i like them a lot !!

I see these miniatures and I'm reminded of the DA cards that came out a few years ago with the squad and the sergeant and with the red sword pointing down. The colors here are vivid and beautifully blended. This will definitely be a showpiece army.

Ah, sorry, I meant your previous company master, with the combi weapon!

Thank you, from someone who paints as well as you do that means a lot ;)

There will be more coming :tu:

I am currently working on the special command squad for Grand Master Azrael. I do not know though when I finish them. I have already assembled them from the old metal models (including Brother Bethor) but haven't started painting yet.

Hopefully they'll be ready by the end of the month...
