The Raptors are one of the few chapters that actually use camouflage. As I understand it, the yellow and blue is their proper 'chapter colours' (and probably the colours that should be used in the gallery) and all other colours are camo patterns specific to a given campaign.

Hi Phillip, just to let you know, that I'm reworking my Steel Wing IA and thereby has a new Url. If you could edit their entry. The Colour scheme and their Chapter badge is exactly the same, except that they are now Iron Hand successors than Ultra Marine.

Hi Philip,

 

It's been several years since I found the 1,000 Chapter Project, and finally I'd like to submit my chapter after putting a lot of effort into my article the last couple of weeks; The Doom Bringers:

My chapter scored the 15th place in the Chapter Master Competition held in the Nothern Europe in 2004. I know there's already a Chapter with the same name in the Gallery, but I hope that mine could fit in there as well, perhaps it reflects the messy administration of the Imperium when two chapters with the same name can exist in two places of the Galaxy?

It's a more evolved text than the one in the thread (that doesn't follow the BaC-IA-template anyway). As you can see some images aren't finished, but I'll update sometime in the future. The images' quality get a lot better once you've downloaded the file.

 

I don't know if it's of any interest of yours or anyone else, but I'd be more than happy to supply the files for producing similar articles.

@ DeathKnight2000 - I'll add it to the next update.

 

@ Guilliman - You've put a lot of work in and the chapter looks fantastic. As your chapter is semi-official-ish it may squeeze out the current one in the gallery (or add it later as an alternative). I would prefer to link to an IA on the web: perhaps you could post here on B+C (re-format the one you have and update to match the PDF) and include links to the PDF and gallery in that post?

Like I said, I like the colors and think they go well together. I think the main complaint is that too many use the black/red colors.

Yep. v5 painter, armed with bolter, + chapter symbol applied to shoulder, and any other relivant markings for a standard tactical marine.

I've noticed that the Scythebearers are not listed in your canon chapters. They are mentioned on page 47 of C:SM under the Return to Armageddon heading.

 

Also I cannot get the painter to work for me. Any suggestions?
