Patriarchs of Ulixis

It's actually difficult to tell the color of the chest eagle for the Patriarchs of Ulixis as the bolter covers it. Alternate colors may be black (as the squad badge) or the same cream color as the chest.

The Chapter badge for the Libators may have the halo design shining from the top of the chalice (it's difficult to tell). If so, then it looks like the halo is black, merely adding to the silhouette of the chalice. It might just be a shadow from above, though, in the image shown in the codex.

Despite the pixelation, it is correct enough. I can try to reproduce it, it it is not good enough.

 This is my first post so I'm  sorry if this has been answered before. I'd love to add my DIY Chapter the Celestial Griffons but I'm not sure how to add a custom chapter badge on the Space Marine painter image. Do I just make my own (and fear it looking bad) or are there any to choose from?

Do you have Photoshop or GIMP (the latter is free)?

 

If so, we can walk you through the process of creating a badge and then adding it to an image as a layer.
