Wow. These have been...just wow.

Str 6 indeed!

Judging by the size of that sword, more like S12! Epic. :)

I wish I'd gotten in on this before you cut it off, eberious; I really like the concept!

All the same, this is totally awesome!

Awesome models so far brother, loving that champion, canj ust picture him leaping up to chop right into a daemon princes face lol

That's exactly what I was envisioning when I was making it, leaping off a building flying over some rubble and dealing the death blow (albeit one blow) to a daemon prince. Totally have to make a full scene with that.

@Hotspur and Brother Taio, now that I got a few done I will take on a few more. Need to go thru these pages to make sure I haven't missed any other requests. Thanks for your intrest.

Let me know the project question and it shall be done...but no more chaplins, I have about 16 now. :lol:

Thanks all very much so far, the comments and popularity has been very awesome. Much more of this I'll turn into Marshal wilhelm. ;)

Not sure who to model next, need to see what bits I have and what needs ordered,,yay shopping. :) :woot: :woot: :woot:

Apologies to snorkle and Mac atk, I seem to have left you off the to do list. Now rectified.

Can I saw wow? I never looked at this thread originally, then it got so huge and I was wondering what I missed out on. And let me say: I missed a lot! Superb job on those miniatures Eberious! I'm not sure if you'd take my request, but I have a vision for myself that I could in no way recreate.

It would obviously be a Marshal miniature, but he'd be armed with Combi-Melta tightly changed to his wrist and covered in several crusader seals. In his other hand, he would be armed with a sword also chained/crusader sealed. He would use one of the knightly helmets from the conversion set, preferably the one with the maltese cross etched into the face guard. As is proper for a brother of his rank, a mighty cape and tabard would be wrapped around him. But Laeroth is not one to stand on the side lines, so both the robes/tabard and his armor would be properly battle damaged.

As for the "feel" of the miniature (heraldry), due to the fluff in my crusade, crusader seals are of the utmost importance. As are various skull motifs and icons of penance. All the cloth (i.e. tabard/cape) would be colored in crimson. The crusade badge is the sign of a solar eclipse with a sword striking through the top. Here is a look at the reasoning behind this feel.

That is how I envision Marshal Laeroth's model. You would honor me by bringing him into reality. :devil:

@Marshal Laeroth, sure no probs.

@Brother Taio, sure you can and thats a sweet pic dude. Saved soon to be PC background.

@Templar14

4 cm blade

6 cm total length from tip to tip.

Just over a half cm wide.

The blade is made of 4 ba sang swords. The guard bit is taken from the BT upgrade p-sword to where the blade and hilt are attached. And the hilt is from an old axe which is long oop.

Thanks Dannis,

Brother Vader.

Best I could get his helmet, looks a little bumpy but alls good with a good paint job to hide it. Even got his little control panel thingy. Hope you like. I haven't went with to many seals a wanted to keep him black as possible.
