Mordent Hex's workshop:currently FW Knight WIP. pg11-12

Ive been working on this off and on for about a year. I seem to suffer from 40k A.D.D. when it comes to projects and end up switching back and forth from one thing to another. This titan I am actually trying to do true scale. I find the FW reaver just to small. After crunching a little math and looking through many books to confirm it I decided i was most likely right and started. At the time i did not realize how much of an undertaking it would be. With that said im still having a blast and many cut, bruised, and scraped fingers later this is what i have finished. Im waiting on some 3cm plastic card to begin the main carapace.

My camera is shot for now so i had to use my phone cam (crappy) but it worked well enough to get the general idea of what I've done so far. I will try to update this as often as I can when something worth note is added.

What weapon systems do you intend to use?

 

I had always dreamed of making a corvos assault pod.... from the days of Epic. It carried 30 termies.... Ram it into the side of a building and unload them.

I had always dreamed of making a corvos assault pod.... from the days of Epic. It carried 30 termies.... Ram it into the side of a building and unload them.

 

It will have an inferno cannon, a Melta Cannon and some form of close combat weapon. I was thinking either a seige wrecker or a chainfist. The corvos assault pod was a warlord option if my memory serves me right. ;) 30 terminators to counter charge anyone that gets to close would be cool though. haha!

Future Worldeaters (Dust got blown into my priming it seems. I will have to hit them with a toothbrush before painting them to get off all those questionable looking hairs. Also need to fix a few with mold lines i did not catch before.)

I did this for my colleague This afternoon. She wanted her nails painted. Of course that just screamed "NIGHT LORDS!" in my head. A.D.B. this is for you! I'm guessing he has never and probably never will looked at my collection of crap here. ;) Not bad for a first time painting someones nails and she has no idea she has something so evil on the tips of her fingers.

You have quite a bit of FW goodies there! The amount you have in varying stages of paint is also quite large! The completed ones look great, and your Titan is awesome. I have heard they make some kind of pill for A.D.D....

Ninja vanish! It took me about 3 hours to do her nails, she complained it took so long, I asked her how long it would normally take her to get her nails done. She promptly shut up. ;)

First of all i would like to thank DeamonPrince Dargon for his inspiration and his painting advice on how he paint his heresy marines. With that said I didn't exactly use his formula for the blue as my world eaters look a lot more beat up than his and with so much paint/battle damage/blood i did not need too go in to such fine detailing/blending. Warhound Titan update. Ive missed a few things here and there while painting this bad boy up, If something is missing or has not been painted I know. It will all be fixed by the time i finish. A Death Company marine for my brother. Long story short he said he would be a death company blood angel with a Thunder Hammer. So thats him 40k style. Working on the interior of the body now. I had a structural integrity failure that helped me and didn't hurt me for a change. The leg and hip didn't bond as well as i had hoped. I think i need to blend the flames a bit more, also finish the scroll work, but other than that this leg is done. I will be finished later today or tomorrow with this.
