Here's my Master of The Forge with Conversion beamer.

Parts:

Techmarine body,backpack ( Chopped up ), arms from the Thunderfire Cannon kit.

2 conversion Beamers from the Rogue Trader Era.

Simply removed the 2 nobs where the upper servoarms attach and then attach 2 servoarms,( with a little chopping and filing ) with the beamers glued on, to the lower nobs, so they don't go TOO hgh overhead.

His pose looks like he's pondering what strength he'll use to blast away at the enemy lines.

Here's a WIP sneak peak of my converted Inquisitor Coteaz (used Astorath as the base) and a couple of his DCA friends (made with some old eldar bits).

 

Think I'll paint Coteaz with a bronzen armour, red cape and a bluish/white OSL-throwing hammer. The DCA's will naturally be clad in black squeaky latex!

 

The bases will be themed as white rock, that is slowly sinking into a chaos corrupted soil of writhing flesh, tentacles, eyes and gaping mouths. You know, the usual stuff... ;)

Holstered Splinter Pistol from OOP Dark Eldar plastics - I added it as a trophy after my Chappie and DC charged an Archon with Incubi retinue: All the DC died, killed all the Incubi, several magnificent Rosarius rolls saved him from the Archon and the Chappie smote him like the foul Xenos he was. And then got ventilated by an obscene amount of Dark Lance shots the following turn. He was also nicknamed Destro by the guys at my LGS all those years ago.

Raptor for my Night Lords

here the list of parts (sadly i can't remember where the claws on his hands are from, they're some of those ancient bitzbox relics i think we all got)

-head: ulric the slayer

-shoulder pads: forgeworld mk3 with added GS and chaos trophy skull and i think CSM sprue

-arms: various loyalist SM sprues

-hands: forgeworld assault sprue and sanguine guard or grey knight sprue

-torso and legs: berzerker sprue

-feet: chaos trophy skull for the foot and dark eldar blade thingies for the claws

-jump pack: maxmini iron pattern jump pack and metal wings from the night lords head sprue

-the plate on his torso is maxmini (not sure about this one)

-2 grenades from the berzerker sprue

Sure, I'll bite. I have a couple.

The first is my WIP Micro Brass Scorpion.

The kit used a defiler as the base, which I then "borrowed" some left over arms and armour plates from one of my fiances Soul Grinders,

stuck the barrels from IG Autocanons on some LR Heavybolters and glued them in place.

Little bit of GS to make the joins neat(er) and effectively done!

Oh... Two daemonic exhausts for TL flamers and the battlecanon mounted on the front, then tidied with GS.

The second is a Terminator Lord I just finished GSing.

It's how I envisioned Lord Magus Melekharn, casually hurling bolts of energy at the unworthy while striding purposefully towards his intened target.

Rule wise, just a Termie Lord complete with mark of Tzeentch and a daemon weapon, represented here by a burny-laughy skull.

The model used 5 kits in total:

A sanguinary guard kit (**bought the whole kit for one hand...)

A single left over head from CSMs.

Stock standard Termie lord kit

A left over arm from Assault marines (Back before I turned to Chaos...)

And a single laughing skull; once again, lovingly "borrowed" from my fiances bitz box.
