Second November Update is up, with the start of my Chaos Marine squad. I know, it's a couple days late, the progress shown was actual done a few weeks ago. I was trying to put together a video update, which didn't pan out, and I forgot that I hadn't submitted a regular photo update in the process.

Yes, well, the Dark Powers may allow no failure, but neither does my University. Long story very short: They bumped up my deadline for graduation by four months, graduation supercedes even the ruinous powers, I am pulling out of the Call in shame and ruin.

 

I really need to get my studies done, if only so I can get a job that earns enough to keep me stocked up on plastic crack. I'll try and get a pic of the Chosen I've painted so far up here within the next weeks, and I bow my head and await my punishment.

Sgt. Blank December Update 1 (Total of 3 so far)

 

Post in my blog about Plague Marine progress.

 

I'd hoped to knock my bikes out in November but they proved to be just as hateful to paint as I remembered - I'm about 70% on them now though. The Plague Marines are going quicker so I'm hoping to make up the lost time there.

Aaargh! I have failed, Dark Gods!

 

Sorry, but I didn't finish my second update for november in time. I have had a bunch of issues within my family and just couldn't get any time to work on my models in the entire month. It's over now so I can get back to work now. Is there anything I can do in penance to continue the Call?

RL comes first, but I find that the Call is a good way to show you how demanding the hobby can be and how important motivation from others is when trying to get your force ready for battle. :wub:

If you miss one update, shame on you :tu:, if you miss two, you're out. As of this time, you are still in but cannot 'win', only reach Aspiring level. That is, unless, you completely dazzle us and paint up a bajillion units in the time that is left.

 

I mean, I did get in a second update on December 1st... Does that count oh Unholy Powers?

I've been doing some more work on the conversion of my Chaos Lord in Terminator Armour, who's going t lead my army in an ongoing campaign with my friends. He's more or less finished now and only needs some more detail work before I can start to paint him.

Bad news guys, I'm afraid that I'm gonna have to pull out of CoC V, gotta alot happening in real life... Taking part in an art exhibition in Januaray and I need to finish a sculpture for it and I just don;t have enough hours in the day to do everything I'd like to to!
