Sounds like a bad business practice to me :) Yes it can look better, and yes we have a small amount of input to what we deliver - but I can assure you the argument I'd be making would be for anything other than painting more bleeding Ultramarines over drilling barrels. These units are to match a larger army which is already painted - I am assuming the barrels aren't drilled in those models either, or he'd have asked for it. Your point is most valid, but we just do what we're told - and putting in unpaid time isn't an option, otherwise it's back to being a hobby and not a business. Cheers!
