I'll shed some light on this. There are more sculptors working on the HH series (most know this now). This doesn't change Horus being finished if not extremely close to being released. Morty is still WIP but should be previewable at open day. A third primarch is in the works as well but will likely not be previewed

I am sure when he said "Greater Project" he means good old Morty but I kind of hope he mean the other characters besides the primarch like Khârn, Eidolon, the iron hand ones, ect...  I feel we need more special chracters :p

Hmmmm.... Actually, I'd have to say, given that the title of the last section is called 'setting the roots of plague' I think this might be the first Plague Marines that we might see in Extermination. Could be wrong, just my thought.
