Demisquad Devastator almost done, just need the companymarking and minor scripts on the honourmarkings.

Also need a second or third lightsource for my lightbox and maybe use my DSLR instead of my IpadwhistlingW.gif

Really need to experiment with the lightbox and lightsources.

Otherwise Im happy with the freehand squadmarkings, the numbers was easier than I thought they would be.

But then I practiced on a paper, doing over 50 tryoutsph34r.png

Have a small problem about the heavy weapon backpacks, should I paint them partly red as the weapon or go for all black and some minor metalparts?

 

Im leaning towards all black and some metalparts, since a big red weapon will dominate the modell anyway.

The progress is slow right now, heavy weapons just reminded me why I prefer them on vehicles instead.

Damn they´re boring to paint.

Having problem taking _good_ picture of the progress, manily because of the lightning.

So I backed up the following kickstarter project, if you have missed it.

Was about to convert a schimitar jetbike from FW to Sammael. But most of the modell was covered with a thin "slicky" medium I can´t get off sad.png

Otherwise the Terminators have been based and I started on my tactical squad.

To get off the mold release you could try scrubbing the model using a toothbrush and cold soapy water. Or you could leave it to soak in cold soapy water overnight.

Had it in soapy waterr for 2 weeks and tried to brush it off. Didn't work.
