So I took a little break from my infantry and decided to paint up one of my predators, I wanted this tank to look like it had been trough hell!

What do you think?

The weathering on that tank is really good. The only nitpick I have is the red. Perhaps tone it down a bit with a wash and add some weathering too would help it fit. Other than that, great job indeed.

Very nice!  I've always had a bit of envy for people who can pull off Imperial Fists!

 

One suggestion--wash down your reds with some Nuln Oil.

Vladimir Pugh needs rules! How are you going to have rules for your first captain but not your chapter master???? Grrrr lol

Since he is depicted as being armed with twin thunderhammers, I always thought Calgar's rules would be appropriate for Pugh.

I also just read one of the soul drinkers books where Pugh fought with the Fangs of Dorn. Basically two short and fat power swords. Apparently he likes to dual wield.

Yeah I like that shield. The rest is okay, but I think a captain would have more bling.

What might this recipe for stubble be? It looks good but I have never tried it myself

It's the old elf flesh from GW mixed with 1/8 uniform grey from Vallejo. Painted over a base of Kislev flesh over Vallejo mud brown I think it's called. Then washed with seraphim sepia

Here is my first centurion done up nice and dirty, this kit is fun to paint! Te large surface areas take sepia wash nicely.

Very nice indeed. If I can score some extra funds, mine will be armed the same. Might however be worthwhile in these early stages to scrape that lascannon barrel. Other than that I like what I see.
