Tzen Posted May 16, 2014 Author Share Posted May 16, 2014 Yeah, I tend to do base colours of the red and such in groups of 3-5, but once they have been done, it just focus on them one at a time. This is mainly because I don't get to game much at the moment, there's no rush to get things done because I rarely get to take them to the battlefield! Also I have a painted army now, so I can spend a bit more time on new stuff. Although if I am honest, I don't think the earlier marines are all that well painted, and I don't feel these are mega awesome or anything. I am really really itching to do a daemon prince conversion, and spend a month or so converting and painting it and getting it just right. It's been aggggeeeesss since I poured lots of attention into a project. Not since my converted dreadnought :( Hoping to do some Landraider conversions over summer! :D Don't have the finances at all for the project I have in mind for the Daemon Prince! :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think they look great, but how do you feel about them since you "wrote them" into the background. Also, heard rumours of an Argel Tal mini. I tried to put it on the model sparingly so it suggests he is all plagued up, but not too much so that it makes him look more like a plague marine than a possessed Word Bearer.
