Mr Warriorfish, the commiserate wilt not hath reason to preclude my first vow by me not finishing my second... If I only had more time to paint in a day I would gladly lay down hundreds of more points for our valiant effort

Evening all... after a long YOga Teacher training weekend I am ready once again to lay paint to doods and work on some more troops... think I will be just about done once this last group is painted up (glad I didnt win a recent ebay auction for like another 40 DKOK;)

Once these line troops are finished I will be able to focus on transports for the Regiment -> I would prime right now but we've had Tstorms the last 2 days and the humidity is thru the ROOF!!!!

Making a standard bearer as an Objective marker, have a melta SWS, priest conversion, 2 more voxes for reg squads, last of the random DKOK guys I found in my bits box, and the DK tank commissar for my Pask fig...

will post pics this eve after painting time...

Haven't had any time in the last week for painting, assembling or even really looking at anything gaming related.

My valk battlefoam trays came in today so I remembered I have a hobby life;). I'm looking forward to the treads and thrusters comp and have my chimera assembled... Just need to hook it up with the proper stowage;)

Great stuff, I used your Chimera as the source for doing my weathering and it turned out great :) The hazard stripe yellow could do with another coat as it stands out a bit too much compared to the black but otherwise it's looking fantastic. Yet another excellent completion to Treads and Thrusters, I'll be keeping an eye out for the supporting background bits. I hope you'll continue the top notch work for the next painting challenge ;)

yes...the yellow needs another coat...so much so that I almost started over as its a PITA to do smoothly :/

Glad it worked for you Warriorfish! I am ready and accountable for the next painting mission smile.png... may not see the table anytime soon but they will look good when they are able to make it msn-wink.gif

For my money I think the yellow looks great as is -- the whole point of those hazard stripes is that they stick out and I don't think it's too much here. I would not do another coat myself.

Great model and great conversion no matter what.
