Absolutely immense, I love this thing and the echo the thoughts of the others, the colour scheme and execution are fantastic. It's really making me try to figure out how to do mine well. Such a wicked model, I only wish I could see it live and examine it for ages like I do with the mini"s in the cases at Warhammer World.
I really really like it. It's suitably corrupted and twisted, yet still is recognizably knightly. The heraldry, tilt shield and helmet go a really long way in retaining that classic aesthetic. Sort of like Nightmare from Soul Calibur; a monster, but with a recognizable foundation.

Thanks for the fantastic feedback on the Knight, guys. I guzzled it up and spat out this new and improved version, with a more pronounced face. The reason I did the armour plates of the face in relatively dark brown and the skull in bone was that, well, skulls are bone-coloured. As I didn't want the faceplate to be red completely, I decided for the other primary colour on the Knight: Dryad Bark. But I totally agreed with your critique - so I milled it over and considered a ton of options: alternating red and brown stripes on one side, making the entire faceplate bone, etc. But none were satisfactory. Then I wanted to comment on a whatsapp discussion with a Skeletor Gif, and lo and behold in my search appeared an image of the Marvel villain Red Skull! That opened things up and here is the result (oh and I also added some transfers here and there):

Note the three sword heraldry for House Atrax :)

Additionally, I heared you, Krauty, on the blue on the Eye of Horus. So I improved that too:

He immediately feels better!! Thanks guys!

Let me know what you think?

@ KrautScientist: well, this entire post is a reply to your much appreciated feedback, so there ;) About the Mörbeck influence, that really isn't there: the bone+red of the Knight is chosen because I want the Knight to look good next to both my 30K-coloured Death Guard and my 40K-coloured World Eaters :) I understand the comment and acknowledge the similarity between my and his colour scheme, though - but the reason for mine isn't his :)

@ BCK: Thanks, I hope you like the changes I made!

@ Sgt. Blank: Cheers! Yes, that was a chore, but well worth it.

@ Nemac Vradon: It's hidden! ;)

@ ElDuderino: I never considered the heraldric colours not applying to Chaos Knights, really - I only realize it's something  not seen often now that you guys have pointed it out. Renegade houses have livery too, no?

@ Maarten: Eye of Horus altered too! :tu:

@ Bjorn Firewalker: It's undivided, but there is a Nurgle symbol hidden somewhere. I didn;t want to do it, but I had to hide the Cog Mechanicus and I didn;t have Chaos Stars left in my bits box... :(

@ Kizzdougs: Thanks  a bunch, Kizzy!

@ Pandoras Bitz Box: You're more than welcome to if you ever visit Amsterdam :)

@ Hungry Nostraman Lizard: Ha! 'Hell Season' That sounds a bout right, yes. Take care, brother.

@ SkimaskMohawk: Cheers, I'll have to research that thing, but I appreciate the intent!

@ Pearson73: Thanks, and alterations made!

@ Freakshow668: Wow, thanks!

Love the finished product, I like the previous bone faceplate as well but the red still works really well. Great job with the Heraldry it’s something I’ve been struggling to come up with for my own Knight household.

Yeah, it turned out alright I guess..

... no really, it looks great. I love the striping and the way you've mixed in the heraldry throughout the entire model.

I actually liked the face more when it was bone colored, all you really needed was either a large red stripe or two thin ones on either side. In any case, it definitely draws attention to it now.

Also, make sure you got that Thermal Cannon(s) painted up too, they're insidious against other Knights.

Gotta agree with the other guys, the bone worked a bit better. The full red feels comic bookey (perhaps appropriately from your inspiration) in that he's identified as the big bad guy. My suggestion for red on the faceplate would be osl eyes, in the style of kizzdougs or luthermax. You get the original bone colour, as well as a menacing badguy focal point.
I was actually fine with the old face plate but I always push the importence of contrast. These things are a work of art and you want people to appreciate the whole thing. The new faceplate does just that I reckon and although the coulour may seem extreme by comparison to a lot of your other projects I think it compliments the hereldry really well.

Thanks for the comments, guys!

I finished chaosifying the first Armiger Helverin, hurray! Lots of sculpting done :)

I also fixed the pilot's left arm, which was damaged in the process of trying to fit him inside...

That's it! I hope you like him as much as I enjoyed sculpting this 'little' guy. Let me know what you think!

I'm also far into sculpting the next guy, and I ran out of skulls from the citadel skull kit! I literally used all of them since I bought the kit in early December 2017... So lemme go and buy a new set and finish guy number two...

Thanks for looking. :tu:

Cheers

@ teku: Hey that's great! I'm bringing the Knights, so look for them and you'll find me :) Beers will be consumed.

@ Pearson73: Thanks, mate! My girfriend says the same, she now knows where is face is. ;)

@ Atia: Weathering will be a thing - I'll just do it at the same time as the armigers so it'll look consistent.

@ Biohazard: Look online for heraldry - there's so much stuff out there. I find the easier ones are best - so you can freehand them.

@ DuskRaider: Ugh, I am also in two mindds about it. Perhaps I should go back to it - but that will be after the two GTs I'm attending this month. Re: Thermal Cannon: will do! ;)

@ SkimaskMohawk: That's an idea, although the eyes on these guys are blue.... You suggestions are most welcome, though, so please keep 'm coming. :)

@ Hungry Nostraman Lizard: Cheers!

@ Pandoras Bitz Box: Well, thanks for the kind words, buddy! You're too nice!

@ rednekkboss: DO IT!

Cheers, guys.

Lots of work today on the other Armiger Helverin (btw, St. Blank, Hell-verin is so apt, no? I think maybe heldrake and helbrute are of the same ilk?) after I bought a new Citadel Skull set today. I dreamt of some details, which the pictures will show translated into this miniature. He's finished and ready for the basecoat!

I particularly love this detail - which came to me in a dream last night. Just add a lower Ork jaw to the face!

Thanks for looking. Let me know what you think of this guy, and, if you haven;t already, of the last one. :)

Cheers!

@ DuskRaider: Yeah... I kinda agree. I thought about actually getting the Helverin Rotary (mini)guns from Shapeways' Pop Goes The Monkey, but they're so expensive!

@ Sgt. Blank: Nothing will be done about the arms - just like with the Questor Knight, the business end will be stock.

@ Greenz: Steal away, buddy!

I've always been a fan of autocannons, both rules and aesthetics, and think they look great on the model. I mean, 8 autocannons on a dreadnought is why I got a Leviathan in the first place.

These guys looks super cool. I actually don't mind how these guns look, I think they kind of look like Lance's, maybe that's me subconsciously justifying the aesthetic.

Nice greenstuffing! I wasn't to chaosify my friends Knight some more and I was thinking of adding some teeth to the edges of the armour. How do you make your teeth, do you have a little wire core in there to sculpt against?

Waitaminute, is that one of my Pestigor on the base?!

It looks great, man. And I know about those Miniguns, they're definitely way too expensive. Maybe it's the shields on the guns. I don't know.

Cant wait to see paint on these. I'm assuming the same scheme as the Knight, yeah?
