I never thought about adding bicarbonate soda over my bases to help it all mesh together. I might have to re re-do the bases on my inquisitor now.

Great base tutorial Lamby! And nice to see the models get some colour on them. Thread's always an inspiration.

Thanks MosesGunn!

New head on the custodes? Hmm I wonder how that`s gonna be. I liked the head so far, even though it was not much

of a conversion (I think GW did very well with the Stormcasts)

What paint are you planning to use?

I`m excited... :smile.:

Maybe not an entirely new head - more of a conversion of the current head...

As for paint - not sure yet, possible add a black coat over the top and make it chipped and scratched to show the gold underneath ;)

The Sniper and Fury the Gunslinger are finally based:

New completed Ordo Xenos soon!

 ;)

OMG somehow I missed two whole pages of awesome and looked like a bit of a bellend for not seeing the painted one.

The Sigmaton robot is beautiful such fiddly bits and the girls are ace.
Loving the basing tutorials, I'm definitely steeling that for my Deathwatch boxset.

Consider me hooked.

That´s one sexy scary samurai! :biggrin.:

Really enjoy your posts!

Is the assasin made from a dark eldar model (I think I´´m quite sure on the skitarii parts...)

 Thanks LordVelype!

The Assassin is made from Witch Elf parts, best explained here: http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/289365-inqusitor/?p=4255598

Some absolutely stunning models in here, your attention to detail is staggering.

Particular favourite is the assassin Inq Kallata(?)

Krautscientist tried a few years back to convince me to work on some Inq stuff and while I've always been tempted another project has always taken priority. You have me seriously considering working on some Ordo Xenos to use alongside my Deathwatch.

The assassin is just named the Assassin.

Inquisitor Kallatar is yet to make an appearance on the painting table, but if you go back here: http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/289365-inqusitor/?p=3924687 she's the deadly lady in the hat ;)

I have some Deathwatch in the making for my Ordo Xenos - well, my take on Deathwatch anyway

Fantastic modelling and superb painting, even if there seems to be a bit of gratuitous cleavage going on

Haha - thanks Brother Pheidias - in regards to the gratuitousness of her bust, she claimed her cleavage is all natural, but I have my doubts ;)

I don´t know if it´s your photos, but there seems to be a nice contrast of your paints, which gives it a very colorful, fun look.

Somehow like a colorful comic I think.

Really like it. :smile.:

Thanks LordV~

Nicely done

Finally, Inquisitor Kallatar is done!

Unfortunately I can't seem to get a decent photo of her face - anyway, here she is:

These models do not get the attention they deserve, in my opinion. Each one is a mini-masterpiece. The Wild Child is a terrific model and the paint job is spot on. Inquisitor Kallatar looks so very intimidating and powerful, and yet so gorgeous. Damn, this is excellent work. :tu:
