Only about doubling your original vow value. As for which God...everyone follows Slaanesh really, they just don't realise it yet. So it's all good.

Got the blues laid down on the second squad of Thousand Sons.  Plan is to have them completed by the end of the week.  We shall see.  Keep at it lads.

I, Sheesh Mode, scion of the Black Legion and secondary to Khârn the Betrayer vow to kitbash, paint, and base 2,000 points of the following:

1 Helbrute from the Dark Vengeance set

34 Cultists with pistols and clubs 

19 Cultists with autoguns and 2 flame throwers

2 Cultist Champions with shotguns

1 Squad of Chosen consisting of 6 true-scale Plasma wielding models. One of which will be a champion. 

1 Squad of Chosen consisting of 9 true-scale models, 2 with Twin-Lightning Claws, 1 with a Power Fist, 2 with Meltaguns, and 2 others with standard equipment. The champion is armed with a combi-melta, power axe, and boltpistol.

Khârn the Betrayer

1 Landraider with Dozer Blades and Dirge Caster

1 Daemon Possessed Vindicator 

 

This will all be completed on August 18 2014

 

 

@ Sheesh Mode: I'm afraid the cut-off date for new paticipants was June 1st...

 

 

HOWEVER

 

 

The ETL is all about offering motivation to the frater and I'm not about to deny anybody that. As such let me recommend the following:

 

 

You may enter your vow as an "out-of-competition" entry. That means that you will be more than welcome to play along, post your progress and your completed vows in the ETL threads, use the ETL deadlines and be awarded the Custos Fidei if you complete all your vows by August 1st (or the Primus Inter Pares if Chaos wins). The only catch is, your points will not be counted towards the total of the Chaos faction...

 

 

I have added your vow as an out-of-competition entry in the first page already and I will record your progress as you post it!

P.S. Keep in mind that the event ends on August 1st. ;)

I'm getting there, and am starting to line up some non vehicle vows so that I can paint them far more quickly.

1 more plague drone to go here. And I already have models assembled for the next vow or two. Although I doubt I'll be able to paint them all with exams starting in 3 weeks time :(

I have ready to paint: 1 Daemon prince, 6 termis and 6 bases of nurglings for now and still plenty in reserves.

I just have fabious left to finish, then I'm done with vow II (hopefully by tonight). Pretty sure I can get another 2k in by August 1st (some of them are going to look suspiciously yellow and loyalist - pre-okayed by semper)

I'm feeling pretty confident about the rest of you managing it. I may also make a third vow, but I need to work out if I'll have time to paint it, given that half of it will need stripping and kitbashing.
