Love the amount of detail you have put onto his banner, really makes him stand out.

If that's hand-painted on that banner: wow. That's really neatly done. 

If it's a transfer on that banner: wow, that's neatly done, I have trouble getting them nice and flush on a marine shoulderpad, let alone a flowing banner like that!

 

Really looks very good, except for the base - which seems unfinished and lacking in depth. Looking at all your other models, it seems as if it truly is unfinished and will turn grey at a later date?

@vonny Transfer - I use Micro Sol and Micro Set - wonderful stuff softens the transfer so it relaxes into uneven shapes, you have to be careful but it does give that painted look, as for the base still needs doing ran out of grey but fancied painting the figure

Drill the multimelta barrels. They're plastic, you have no excuse.

They look good. I dig the clean, accurately-painted fleur de lys.

Silver is sprayed army painter plate mail, nuln oil wash, runefang steel to highlight

 

Gold same base with a watered auric gold wash, topped with auric then setraphim serpia washed

 

Hope that helps - its fairly simple to do but works
