From GW I've used the Ultramarines upgrade kit, Sternguard Vets, Vanguard Vets, Tactical Squad and Command Squad, plus parts from Grey Knights (mini shields and power swords mainly) From FW Mk IV Assault Marines, MKIV Tactical Squads, MKIII Tactical Squads, Mark II and III Shouder pads, there are other odds and sods but that's the main sources. The Pounder Posted December 31, 2015 Author Share Posted December 31, 2015 Finally had the opportunity to work on my Ultramarines.I got the B@C box and some Ultramarines upgrade packs.Decided to make a Librarian out of the Chaplain in the box. I used a range of different parts and I'm quite pleased. I fear the souls of the ultramarine legion has been sacrificed to the Paint God! (all hail Brushus the Paint God?) Waiting in the wings I've built 3 Vexilla for the other units and a single tactical marine. These will be the final models where I'll be using the old smaller bases. Moving forward I'm going to build a couple of Veteran Squads and a small unit of Fulmentarus. Frostbourne, pretty unsubtle really, I intend on using the Cataphractii bodies and sticking some Missile systems on them! I found some I hope will fit on eBay. I'll post pics once they're done. Finished the vexillas, these will be my last models on theolder bases, in future I'll use the larger bases.Next up will be my Fulmentarus Terminators. They are my first pledge for the L&T event. They're missile launchers from Anvil Industry. Looks good, the icon on top is a nice touch. Thanks again!
