Actually, I was wondering about the possibility of using the centurions as the base of cortus contemptors (at least while we don't have an official model), obviously with quite some convertion. Maybe some fluff to justify it would be a forgelord that used recovered contemptor pieces to make makeshift heavy armor, as they didn't have the resources and/or apothecaries to put near-dead marines in the dreadnoughts, so he decided to use those parts to help the living ones.

That's an idea I could get behind for Blackshields. No sarcophagus nearby, but they had thallax organ-buckets and a pair of half-broken contemptors, so they jury-rigged "something". Not an automaton, not a dreadnought either, but pretty surely a tech-heresy.
