Correct , that's also one more point to take account of. However , handling it to the Nightguard would be too much as they already deal with chaos stuff in general. Perhaps a prototype akin to what the Knights Errants are to the Grey Knights would fit better

Which is why the focus is on local Blackshield/Shattered Legion groups localised to those outlying areas and without wider coordination until long after the Insurrection.

I like it , perhaps we could include also untrained armies made from worlds who sent their profesionnal ones to help with the insurrection but suffer from constant xenos raid (and perhaps wars in certain case)
