Thought I'd try my hands at a colour version, which was an interesting experiment considering it wasn't my intention when constructing the original painting:

Nice pic but wasnt Firefist black or am I getting confused with the captain of the triarii?

He is in the painting...? Might be the limited tonal range I went for (in the monochrome version), but look at the difference between his skintone & the ceramite at his neck
