It wasn't particularly difficult to do and I think it turned out okay, I just used the Cataphractii Heavy Flamer arm but it did require a bit of sawing!

Not hard at all. the shield is from the Wulfen box, you just have to do a little filing and sanding to get the forearm to connect to the existing hand.

So, anyone know how hard it would be to convert Ahriman to Sevartar? I want some allies for my Great Crusade Death Guard so staff gets swapped for anvil chainglaive, open hand will get a bolt pistol instead, shave off the horns?

I have been a bit busier, largely converting weapons from BoP to use with BaC so prepare to see a few year old models...

Next I took the Tartaros' Volkite, snipped off the hand and used a MKIV plasma pistol hand for my NL Moritat.

I have still barely touched any of the sprues (Ahriman being the only completed model) so hopefully there will be more conversions coming!

Now this is slightly off topic but which Head options should I use for these centurions?/ should I look for a specific head for either?

Hey guys! I'm getting the box very soon, but I'm curious about the legs of the mkIII marines: is it easy to give them running or advancing stances thanks to the legs being separated in the sprue, or does it require cutting and sculpting?

For my Imperial Fists Legion, here is a rough up for a heavy support squad using 40k Centurion lascannon and mkiii heavy bolter handle. Still needs some green stuff work and some power cables.

Here are some pretty simple conversions I did using the standard terminator stormshield and thunder hammer arms and the Black Templar shields from Forgeworld. Really only had to cut down the tops of the arms a bit so the shoulder pads fit well and use a bit of green stuff to position the arms.

I know Fists can but, the rules say "terminator armour or Cataphracti terminator armour".

 

Just regular terminator armour is indomitus, e.g. 5++ relentless no sweeping. So worse Tartaros.

 

But Tartaros is not named, so it's actually illegal.

It's Curze's head, cut down a bit :) Had a spare one lying around, and I had screwed up the jaw part, so it got a shot at being a terminator
