I definitely had hit a narrative stumbling block (alongside other things, home and away, and the unfortunate circumstances surrounding Mazer's departure from the board) that has delayed me - but barring anything unusual, we are back!

I was wondering if Atratus and Ekieo would escort Interrogator Haldane to the kroot bodies? Im sure she could find some bits all over us two hahaha

As for who goes and talks to the Inquisitor Tyber would likely suggest Atratus for the engagement with the Kroot and Varvost for the egament with the Eldar. Mostly since he had assigned them as subsquad leaders.

Still a bit in a bit of post COVID slump here and as you said, the whole mess surrounding Mazer leaving the board didn’t help…

 

 

I am planning to tidy up my hobby area over the summer, going over the stuff and flipping through a few books will hopefully help restarting the home fire

(Maybe I’ll actually find those Ravenwing bike standards I promised Reyner a few years back

Yeah, I've sent him a few messages. I'd like to hope I can entice him back even as an occasional commenter - after all, the redemption of Daon Akkad was a key strand of my plotline. Still, I've done enough retooling in the background that if it comes to it, I can move on without.

Life will certainly still be in this thread. As long as you keep giving those awesome scenes to combat and explore, then I think there is enough of us to keep it alive and kicking! I'm also sure your creativeness can spin issues into plot lines!

@Steel, didn't you put Lycus in charge of Secundus? If I remember right to avoid conflict in the squad or something? Just checking since you said Tyber had picked Varvost xD

He would've sent Varvost to talk to the inquisition, simply because he knows Varvost.

 

Tyber is wary of Lycus due to his chapter markings of the Dreadwing. That being said Tyber did chose Lycus as the 2IC to build harmony in the squad.

 

Edit: and a gap in my memory since all that stuff first happened didn't help matters. :)

Steel - just to clarify, Haldane has asked to be accompanied by those that fought the Kroot (which are Atratus, Solza and Pyke) - you can of course dispatch Varvost, but probably not under the pretense that she's asked for. If you can get Tyber's response up in the thread, I'll get to work on an update.

Hello guys, I apologize for my own absence. Life threw a bunch of hurdles at my family this year and mentally I just got overwhelmed. I am looking forward to diving back into this story. I am currently trying to catch up on the story thread so I know what has happened.
