Has anyone managed to successfully not get them to send the additional items recently, ie binders and silver templar "codex"? I'm being met with a wall of silence after my email detailed above.

Sorry G8Keeper I haven't needed to cancel yet so haven't had to deal with it.

All I can suggest RWJP is if you cannot contact them by phone or email then get the number or email for head office.

I did that when I had big problems with them and they fixed my problem within a few days.

It didn't get sent because Issues 8 and 10 were out of stock... I now see that 9 has gone out of stock on their website as well. Despite their promise of subscribers getting every issue, I am not convinced.

Additionally, I've been advised that they can't even tell me when they are due to get new stock... Every other retailer in the world knows exactly when new stock is due to arrive with them, so it's very worrying that a company who's sole job is sending out magazines, doesn't know when they are getting stock of magazines!!!

Well bear in mind that the delay is probably not with the magazines themselves, but the miniatures which are produced by GW. Issue 10 was the unique Lieutenant so obviously very high demand for that one, and GW don't get any direct sales from producing it, so it's probably not that high on their priority list to do another run of them (especially when people direct their ire at Hachette about it)

Issue 5 was the Lt (I have two copies of it...) 8 is the Libby and I think 10 is the blight hauler. I’m still waiting for my issue 8-11 And was told it was due to a shortage of issue 8, so the Libby is the popular one it seems.

Whoops! You are of course quite correct.

In any case, the bottleneck on the Librarian is still likely to be GW's end of production, especially as they can't fulfil it from "normal" stock as the sprues need to be cast in blue plastic. Not so much the case for the ETB Poxwalkers (Issue 9) and Blight Hauler (10) as those are even in green at retail, but the Blight Hauler has been continually in and out of stock at GW due to either it's popularity or insufficient rate of production.

Done that, Facebook Messages and Emails directly to them. Still nothing! :wallbash:

Considering that Issues 8 and 10 haven't shown on their website for a while, and Issue 9 just went out of stock in the last couple of days, I am not confident I will ever receive them!

Call them.  They dont answer their emails or direct messages.  Out of all the services I have dealt with they have by far the worst customer service.  Although when I called to sort the binder I was told it would be sent in my next issue which should be sent... soonish.  Oh and the payment will be... soonish.  Good think I am not on a timeline of when I wanted these things.

Oh and Australia is at about issue 13 or 14 ish.  I received my last drop about four or five weeks ago, and that was up to issue 11.

Well it appears my change of address has been registered, according to the website. Pleasantly surprised really. Let’s just see where the next one gets delivered.

Speaking to someone on the phone is always a better option than emailing them.

Hachette have finally squared up my account after the outage with two debits in July.

I have ordered two extra #46s (Bloat Drones et al.) from FP. and have already had dispatch confirmation (15/07/19) for an issue that is due for release on Wednesday. Has anyone ever had stuff from FP in advance of the UK issue date?

I will have 3 Bloat Drones (as well as 3 Blight Haulers) in my army. Does anyone have any observations regarding having a few more Plague Marines and a couple more Lords of Contagion from a tactical and or kit bashing point of view?

Yeah most of us got the second issue of the Plagueburst Crawler a week early, they sent both issues at the same time. If you are talking of the scout issue that is actually late. This coming week is the Deathguard bundle.

When it comes to whats hot on the Deathguard side, I think marines are pretty centre of the road. Do not take my word for it though you are better posting something in the Deathguard forum.

If any of you are like me, and flogging the Death Guard, be careful with the sprue with the four marines, Lord of Contagion and Bloat Drone. There are three parts on the sprue for a model we haven't received yet.

Looking ahead, I think I'm going to cancel my subscription there with the extra bloat drone. I don't need any more plague marines (20+ should be enough ha)or the older models. If I need any more Primaris they are easy enough to get off eBay.

Enjoyed my time with this, having a reasonably cheap and constant supply of forces to bulk up Dark Imperium has been great, plus a few models that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. I really liked the apothecary model, and the death Guard characters. The extra brushes and paints have also kept my hobby supplies ticking over. Overall definitely worth it.

Also now I have an excuse to get a chaos knight...

I just got my first Castellan Preliminary Bombardment, Knights are a lot of fun to build.

Hachette updated their website and they have verified the paints in issue 49.
