Sorry for the late reply but yes the black uses an initial Eshin Grey highlight with a final highlight of Dawnstone. Torbenos Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 I will echo the sentiment shared by others that your painting is excellent, and those crisp highlights truly show some mastery of the brush. For the base I'd personally say go with a industrial/metallic base to harken to their piracy business. Set them in the middle of a raid upon an enemy ship or something along those lines.
