Jolemai
Raging Heroes - Lady Melith The link for these can be found here. She is a suitable proxy for a Chaos Daemon Herald of Slaanesh (or possibly, The Masque). She was part of the TGG2 Kickstarter so I can't comment on any normal delivery time or packaging (feel free to let me know in the replies and I'll update this bit with delivery info, etc). However, this is how she turned up (and with a 25 mm round bases): Bag: Of course this means there are some bits rolling around loose but there's no damage. On to the models, there's some flash as expected with resin. Detail is crisp and you can see evidence of the circular mould technique they use:: Front: Back: Next up are a few individual shots showing points of interest. Zoom: Arm/head/tail sprue: You can make out the ball sockets on the arms that this range of models uses. The tail and head fit one way (pegs) Underneath: Shows off how the tabs are joined to the undercarriage. Good quality cast too. Second image also shows how the head and tail attach. Arm attachment: Here she is trimmed and based: 25mm base: I didn't like how the tail was hanging off the base (or the fact that a slottabase was unnecessary), so I sourced a 32mm base... 32mm base: Front: Side: Back: Underneath: This one shows that she doesn't fit flat. So glue the foot, dress, and maybe the tail... Finally, we have a comparison picture of Raging Heroes' offering placed alongside some of GW's. From left to right: Space Hulk Terminator -> Mantis Warrior -> Lady Melith -> Mantis Warrior -> Death Company Marine (current kit): She's a bit bulkier than her troops and she fits in well with the 28mm range of minatures. Bung
Normal delivery time from Raging Heros is like all model companies depending on the location. I life ib Germany and RH is located in France so its just a few days for me. Same as from other german online shops. DarkMark
Cheers for that. Its surprising how few reviews or painted examples there are about for RH. Looks like there's a chunk missing where her tail goes inside the dress? Bung
@DarkMark I have 2 of the old metal demonette boxes from RH. They werent fun to build. Even less fun to build as my Forgeworld Faileagle. There Resin casts are pretty nice to build. Looks like there's a chunk missing where her tail goes inside the dress? The best pictures to check the tail are the "front" shot and the "group" shot imo. It's all there, it kinda wraps around the inside of the dress before going out again.
