YEEEEEES, ALL THE ANCIENTS!

After this one there's only 3 left to do.

 

The 4th company one (armageddon ancient) but I don't have the right green paint yet so he'll wait a bit longer. 

 

The 6th company, I want to make a bike ancient but don't have the necessary parts yet

 

The 9th company, I need to source gravis parts and a banner for this one.

 

I'm almost there with my plan of having all the captains (I have all of them including a chapter master and a sicarius count as to lead my victrix proxies) of those only the bike captain, 4th company captain and sicarius count as need to be painted (and I think the bike captain is next in line after the terminator ancient)

As expected, I just finished the terminator ancient

Gork and Mork be praised! The last delivery of combat patrol was delivered today. Just in time to finish Orktober in style.

 

With the second Old new Boyz squad, I set to kitbash the different specialists for the kommando kill team

 

First is the breacha boy which was actually the last one I worked on and was the more difficult to get right, made with the base of the big shoota and bits from the chaos vehicule accessory sprue.

 

 

Next is the snipa boy with a scoped big shoota made from the cannon of the big shoota added to a regular shoota, but upside down with the bottom part serving as a scope thanks to two lense like bits I had laying around

 

The slasha boy was a bit more involved as I had to chop the knife choppa from both kits to get regular blades, the chain choppa to make the reverse grip on his left hand and also giving those two weapons to a totally different body. The throwing knifes are just regular sheathed space marine combat blades

 

The burna boy was fun to make I chopped the sights and drum mag from the shoota the flamer nozzle is a spare from the aggressors kit at the end of a piece of skeleton warrior spear... The added stikbomb was made with another spare piece of skeleton warrior spear and a piece of sprue. The fuel tank is an old jerrycan from I guess the space marine vehicule accessories

 

Once the team is finished I'll add some green stuff straps to make them look a bit more natural
