All those Supps are just 4 pages. Vigilus was just one page. Our current Index is way longer. Faith and Fury was bigger too. 3 Characters (at least if the cenobits could be just an upgrade for Chaplains, like they are in the chaos book) 1 page with WL-Traits at least 1 page Stratagems 1 page litanies 1 page relics and normally + crusade content should be at least 7 pages. And there is enough potential to be get more, even we would just a sidenote in a campaign book. So I think we will have more then THIS @Reinhard - sadly NO. They just said that we get a supplement. Not our own standalone book I think. If you remember during the 9th edition streams he was the whiteboard guy who wrote something about DA being the best. I'm expecting a slightly updated, generic ruleset with a lazily primaris'd Helbrecht. Brother Sidonis' open play rules is the most on brand ruleset we will get. I just want an actual standalone book with new art and new stories tbh. There's no reason we shouldn't have our own when we have more unique units than the RG, Salies and IH combined. But it's definitely, 100% the strongest army right now. Harlequins are great but their tricks are limited. DA can run multiple strong lists. Their Terminators endure better than Death Guard, they White Scar better than White Scars, and they Marine better than Ultramarines. They have Transhuman phy. all the time, ObSec, Stratagems to prevent getting to much attacks from hordes and a Relic which gave -1 damage to one unit. And in addition they have missions what seems to be the most easy 15 secondarie points you can get. Broken is a term I don't like to use personally, because it implies something "breaks" the game in some way. Perhaps it can't interact correctly, or be interacted with, for example. Is something that's the best immediately broken, or is it simply the best? I'd say the last notable "broken" thing was the invincible Iron Hands Leviathan because you couldn't mathematically deal with it in a realistic scenario? Either way, BT along with the rest of the codex chapters definitely need an update to build them up to the DA level. And even if they aren't quite as good, they should definitely get some more exciting and thematic tricks. That should be wrong. A good player should be able to win with SM-melee list with each chapter against any similar list played by a weaker player who plays a chapter which prefers that kind of warfare. Thats in fact the case in all these examples: Melee UM, IF, IH against BA, SW, BT and WS. And if the better player have to play a shooty list with a "melee" chapter he would win against the weaker player with the same list if the secound player take UM, IF or IH.... Thats what happen now. But If I play my BT Terminatorlist against a DA Terminatorlist I have NO chance except my opponent is stupid.
