New minis inbound

I pre-ordered the Area of Engagement boards, and the rulebook, which finally arrived today (GW posted them on Friday, when Royal Mail were on strike, so it wasn't picked up until Wednesday due to the bank holiday and further strike days ).

The game boards are quite nice, and will make for good canyon-run games. The side which is the space station has quite a few small gun emplacements in the illustration, and one giant one (it's not really obvious from the illustrations on the store page). Personally, I prefer the ice canyon sides. 

The rulebook has a lot of rather nice colour plates in it, and has a bit of a "compendium" feel, due to having all the Forgeworld models in it, and as far as I can tell, the missions are all from previous books. There's 14 pages of background about Vannaheim, although I've not managed to read that part yet.
