Hobby progress has slowed to a crawl with our second baby born Oct 14, along with other stuff…

 

Anyhow, I built all 10 of my possessed, tried to make them as unique as possible with minimal effort, and got them all bases up and ready for primer:

I'm currently struggling with my own possessed, so it's encouraging to see other hobbyists with their conversions. It's not easy to make each of them unique with the limited out-of-the-box options but I really like what you've done with yours. Great stuff!

Many thanks! It’s always a fine line between how much cutting do I want to do and potentially mangle these awesome minis, and how much does it really matter that they look similar?

Yeah it's really tough! I think I'll try switching upper and lower bodies when I get around to my second box to avoid the same poses all over again. But that's gonna be time-consuming work.

Built a Master of Executions in honor of the primarch’s  return.

 

I also built 2 boxes of Accursed Cultists for my Word Bearers.

Not an exciting update but I LOVE the primer step. The mini becomes uniform and in a way there is a purity of sorts.

Tyvm! Since they can no longer all take fists I’m saying the two lightning claw terminators have accursed weapons. And they summon molten brass to rain down on the enemy for their bolters. :D

Now it’ll be brush work. Trim for years…

And now, a preview of a project that I’m returning to after a long hiatus, an all juggernaut cavalry army. It will be proxied as bikers and or thunder wolf cavalry, depending on if I’m running them as white scars or space wolves. Can obviously use a limited amount in CSM, but not world eaters (salt). Anyway:

And now the thing I’ve been working on the past week in preparation of the codex launch… a crappy old secondhand land raider I haven’t used since 6th or maybe 7th, broken apart to rebuild using the mk ii b kit, and then all sorts of spikes, chains, skulls etc added.

 

Repeated myself by having a hatch gunner representing the combi weapon the way I did with my BT Kratos.

 

I like how it’s turning out. Many skulls yet to hang.
