Ideas off top of my head:

 

- extra rules for guard units that don't exist outside the Box including

- option to fire twice if near an objective

- pre-game artillery strike

- mines for when they get charges

- respawning guardsmen

- continuous air support

 

Alongside that I'd place money the jugger lord must be a jugger lord, not lord invocatus, who likely loses his trait anyway.

 

They can make them balanced by throwing in fun doodads and extras.
