My thinking was to use the Praetor to gain rites of war. The Librarians role: I intended to take Biomancy and use him to Buff the Moritat and the Destroyers. The Gal Vorbak: I left them without transport to deep strike them I made some tweeks per your suggestions Total Pt [1900] HQ: Praetor [140pts] – Artificer Armour, - Jump Pack, -Power fist Moritat [140pt] -artificer armour, -jump pack, -melta bombs, x2 vulkite serpentas, Librarian [125] mastery level 2, - Artificer Armour Troops: X2 Tacticals [250] Bare bones Assault Squad [175] Elites: Destroyer Squad [425 pts] 10 men, -jump packs, -melta bombs, - venom spheres, x2 missile launchers w/ rad missiles Gal Vorbak [225 pts] Dark Martyr: artificer armor, - Power Fist Heavy: Leviathan Siege dreadnaught [320 pts] - armored ceramite, cyclone melta lance, - storm cannon Sicaran Venator [190 pts] Mutatable tactic: Infiltrate Rite of War: Coils of the Hydra The Praetor would go with the assault squad. I could also drop the Librarian to give the Dreadnaught a drop pod. If I did want to go for a more competitive 2k list, what would you guys recommend, especially in regard to rites of war
