BA Tactical Squad Combat Sgt

Since tactical squads and scouts are now BA only troop choices. I had decided that I would have my one 10-man tactical squad turned into two 5-man combat squads. This marine will lead the second squad while the Hand Flamer Sgt hangs out with the flamer and 3 regular marines there.
