Amazing stuff.  The WE and EC are off the charts.  And the lightning/electricity in the energy chambers on that Warhound's turbolaser is brilliant.

Two questions, please:

- what is your airbrush set up, what size needle do you use and what pressure do you usually run your compressor at?

- how do you do those fantastic gore strings on your WE Contemptor (among other places)?  I've dribbled superglue down fishing line and coated with Tamiya clear red and it's OK, but yours are really great and more realistic than mine.

Thanks!

Thanks guys!

Ovidius: 0,2 needle and i run my compressor on 35 PSI
The gore is made with plastic glue from revel that comes in a tube (not the one with the needle)
I mix it with tamiya clear red between my fingers and so the glue gets sticky and then place it really careful on the place where i want it.
Note that it is really fragile when it is dry so be careful with it.

have I ever told you how much I hate you, constantly im comparing my WE to yours and I give up.

your too good and I cant win. :wallbash: so I officially am at the point of stoping bying a aircompressor and air brush and attempting to be better then you

Thanks guys!

Dont give up Jaspcat!

Ill come back to those questions guys have to go right now!

Hey Everyone!

Unfortunately the diorama did not place but i did win a bronze medal with my Fulgrim!
It was a great day at Scale Model Challenge.
Met the guys from Massive voodoo and some other big name artists.
So it was a very successful day for me!

Then onto some question you guys asked me earlier:

sorry if this has been asked before, just wondering if you use an airbrush and if so which one?

thanks very much

I use a black bull with a 0,2 needle most of the time.

What's your WE white recipe?

Armour:
Black undercoat
VMA Burnt umber
Chipping fluid
VMA Sand
VMA White
Then i chip everything
Varnish everything
AK interactive rusty streaks
Varnish again

Then i start on the detailing

Gold:
GW Runelord brass
Wash with sepia
Wash with Vallejo game color turquoise
Highlight with mix Runelord brass and mithril silver

Blue shoulderpads:
VMA azul blue with airbrush
VMA azul blue mixed with white with airbrush
Highlight VMA azul blue mixed with more white with brush

Red:
VMA Fire red with airbrush
Wash with Nuln oil
Khorne red highlight
Khorne red mixed with white for final highlight

That should give you enough info :smile.:
