...Although how will he handle dealing with the Libby? Maybe say his an inquisitor or a deathwatch Libby...

...How do we deal with him? Clearly we kill the heretic psyker and bring a chaplain instead!...

Actually, the chapter that will be used for the first campaign is cosmetic. Regardless of who it turns out to be (and right now it's looking like it will probably be the Black Templars), the librarian will be replaced with a captain (or Marshal, if you will). The expansion will also include rules for a chaplain, but the missions will be developed and balanced based on a captain and the storyline will feature the captain. The chaplain will be an optional replacement for the captain if the Space Marine player desires.

So some time tomorrow the decision will be finalized and I'll make whatever purchases are necessary based on the poll standings at that time.

Soon very soon the purging shall begin. As for the Libby you could say the captain or special Character are wielding an artifact or some kind of tech. Since the chosen winner is cosmetic anyway, I guess it's moot.
