Today in the hobby I dug out my terrain spares and bits box and cobbled together a couple of buildings and a tiny bit of scatter terrain.

I never realised before that the middle sections of the Imperial Bastion was the same height as the old Imperial Sector bits but it's really useful actually. Pretty pleased with how the larger bunker/building turned out so far, I like to have some solid buildings on the board as well as ruins, not sure what to do with the roof yet though.

This noble veteran finally went to the Great Paint Rack in the Sky.

wow....

This was one of my favorite colours of that range. Mainly used on nids and occasionaly on Chaos marines but also wherever else I felt i could justify it :)

Wonder if I have any left that is still viable.....? All my old hex pots went in the loft some time ago when I had a big sort out of what I was actively using

Oh yeah, Painting HH Emperors Children would be so much more fun if Liche Purple was still readily available - What I have left is saved for touching up battle damage on my Dark Elves...

I think Coat d’Arms poison purple is the same colour. I recently bought some of their ink wash armour to replace the old armour wash and it’s exactly the same. They used to make all the old Citadel paints back in the 90s apparently.

Finished my MKIIB pattern Land Raider for my Firstborn Imperial Fists (a bit of cleanup still to do but it's like 99% done). The 428th model overall for them. Took 3 days on and off without instructions but I did have covid. I never get tired of looking at Land Raiders. Sexy beasts.

Cheers, I've got some of their paints myself - Coat d'arms was initially the 'own' brand of the people who made the tall white lid hex GW paints, Unfortunately that generation of paints wasn't always as good coverage wise as the next generation black lid 'bullet' pots which were someone else - I have their poison purple, it's a nice fit colour wise but it doesn't cover over a dark undercoat like Liche purple did.

Today in the hobby I painted my first ever Blood Bowl mini for my first team. I was only recently introduced to BB and immediately loved it for its change of pace and its sense of humour.

This is the first model for The Ratlin Raiders or as I like to call them, the Pink & Black Rat Attack... they may, or may not be inspired by Bret Hart...

@Mysterion A cool rat dude

I kitbashed, painted and based two Firstborn characters using up various items from my bitz box. I also used a little bit of shading, my first time doing so. A Captain and a Chaplain on Bike, taking my Firstborn Imperial Fists upto 434 models.

That's a really good result on the pink. What did you use? My pinks usually take so many layers.

Thank you.

I've still got another 40 Tactical Marines as well as 10 Vanguard Veterans, 10 Sternguard Veterans and ten Cherubs to paint plus a Chaplain on Bike and a Command Squad.

Oh and 90+ vehicles!

You paint more models in a week than I do all year. You should be really proud of your achievement. Keep up the great work, and thanks for sharing your progress.
