Been a bit busy the last couple of weeks so I haven't had much progress yet, but fortunately that is about to change. Here's the before picture for some of the models I'm working on:

There are only eight of the ten Justaerin in the picture as the last two are still waiting for their powerfists to arrive. Also I've just managed  to convince Angron, Abaddon and Loken to enter a soap bath at the same time... and Loken immediately cut one of Abaddons fingers off (fortunately I managed to glue it back in place).

OK Laborious - your vow will count but it needs a bit of an adjustement: you must vow legal squads and the Tactical marines min size is 10. You can however upgrade them to Veteran squad in which case the min size is 5 - so you'd be OK. However the point value will be somewhat different so you need to make an adjustment there... Please edit your post accordingly.

 

I'm updating the the first post for the time being and will edit it with the new point value once you've worked it out. ;)

The issue is that 4 members are already painted, so it will be a legally sized squad. But I understood that only models painted after the vow has been made are eligable so I deducted the 15 points per model cost of those 4 marines from the overal cost of the squad. Is that O.K? :)

My vow, all undercoated. The vindicator has been used/abused for paint testing and is getting painted over completely in my decided scheme.

AngelsAbsolute - I've got him down as a Legion Champion, I could have said he was a Praetor with Paragon Blade to score somemore points but really, I don't think he's ornate enough and I'm not going to go against the spirit of the ETL to score a few more points. He's made from mk3 running legs, a plastic mk5 torso, plastic backpack, mk2 head and Grey Knight double handed sword with the wrist mounted stormbolter removed. mk3 shoulder pads too.

They're all currently being basecoated sea grey/green at the moment, exciting Saturday night in!

Hopefully my completion date will be less close to the wire than my entrance whistlingW.gif
