Lookin' good. The text on the pauldron "Matthias" is great.

You may want to try a watered down agrax earthshade/devlan mud wash on the robes as they seem a little bright and it will help to bring out the recesses, unless that was what you where after in which case just ignore me

Wow loving that Libby  . Great attention to detail on the robe's hood edging, book 'banner' and shoulder pad's freehand. Why magnetise the backpack though? Is it for a possible jump pack?

I will say the red is a little bright/orangey for me - but that could be the photography and my duff personal taste.

Cheers

Thank you very much Gabus !!!

Effectively you should throw you, it is not difficult to ... more proof, I get there!

To place your
highlighting, again it's easy!

you paint your mini normally and
highlighting processes in the end, the most prominent edges!
there is no need to do all of the edges!
Personally, I use three colors: dark gray, light gray and white pure.
white only serves to make a point to give depth!

If you want i post others pictures

I second Galthan on this point.

The main error lots of people do is starting the painting by the black parts. The reasoning is often "It's the longest step, I should start with it."

But it's wrong.

Highlighting the black should be the last step. Once you have put all the lights on the other colors (red, bone, metal...), you'll see that your black doesn't need that much highlights because it will profit from the light of the other colors.

That way you'll prevent the "black looking grey" effect...
