Nomus Sardauk Posted December 10, 2013 Share Posted December 10, 2013 I like your Librarian but I agree with the others, he does like a bit to loyalist, I'd suggest maybe making a few amendments to re-affirm his "Night Lord-iness". First off I'd suggest maybe green stuffing a pair of bat wings over those gold bars on the chestplate and probably alter or remove and replace the GK symbol (file off the sword?). Yeah the sword piercing the open tome symbol is the Grey Knights chapter emblem, not the kind of fellows the Night Lords would wish to associate themselves with! XD The terror markings on your Librarians look good but still look a tad too loyalist to me though that may be down to the helmet rather than the paint job. Unless they're suitably converted i find helmets with those knightly faceguards like on your Libbies just don't look right on "bad guys". The new Biomancer looks cool but something about him makes him seem... Plain? Compared to his predecessor. Kalyon had his tabard, cloak, staff and pose adding ornamentation and character to him whereas our new friend is kinda just stood there, perhaps a cloak and backpack icon would make him a bit more interesting. You can tell how big of a Grey Knights fan I am ^_^ Alrighty, I'll get on seeing what I can do to shave the little book/sword symbols and replace them with something more interesting. And I'm pretty sure I can drum up a new cloak or something "blingy" for my second libriarian. @ War Angel - Awesome screen name! And the helm came from a Black Templars upgrade sprue, I believe. I think it's mostly his pose, because he's just standing there. His awesome sword should be a focus for the viewer, but the relaxed pose kinda counteracts that. (hope i'm making sense here!) still not diggin' the Grey Knight parts, they need more converting like SanguiniusReborn mentioned. and i see you really like top knots NOW, where's that lightning? *claw scraping sounds* p.s.: one of those pesky mold lines managed to sneak onto his backpack...
