Will be taking a few guys with me to assemble and taking a few to paint as well... the standard is one of the things to go...thinking the 3 cyclops I have (awaiting the engineer mole launcher dudes from overseas to arrive as the backpack guy will be the controller for all 3 :)...mole launcher bit will be going to another unit. I appreciate the mojo motivation guys! One of my engineers died a horrible death as some plastic glue spilled on a tray and he took a header into it- without me realizing for a while :(...will become a terrain feature... So far I have 50 25mm, 5 40mm, 15 60mm, 3 120mm 'flying bases' 1 heroic 40mm and 1 heroic bike base. I know I will need 4 more 'flying' bases and probably 20/30 25mm and 3/4 more 40mm.... will know for sure after I rebase all the dudes I have painted so far on these bases and then assemble what I have left. Trying to get it done before the new book comes with a few more waves of goodies. -Also, scored an Atlas on the 'bay...very excited to have a vehicle for my techmarine to cruise in Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So I have done well for awhile and not bought anything marine... all the hoopla and 30k/40k goodness... Looked at some Battlefoam to store these dudes and recognized I will have to wait for a warmer day to varnish and seal the paintjobs. realize while looking at bigger than actual size pics I want to paint the horsemen's chest plate a different color, glaze the troopers pants and tone down the skin tone on the artelierist.... Found a guy online making sentry guns, picked up an AC Sabre platform and some more IH 30k marine pieces parts on the 'Bay. I admit I am weak sometimes:) Will be having an assembly night this eve I believe.... hope to cut 3 squads off of the GW bases and apply them to the painted ones.
