FW Mortarion - Daemon Prince conversion ideas?

So I have been waiting this for years now, and now there is a sneak peek!
Has anyone else been waiting for this model and planning to convert it into Daemon Prince?  
Do you have any ideas?
I think Ill keep his slim figure and adding corrosion, pustules and wings.

Isn't there talk of the future daemon Primarchs getting updated, post-daemon models later? Much later, of course. But given the price on these, waiting a couple years to see before buying one just to hack it up and convert it seems like an ok plan to me.
