(be very careful if you use nail-polish removal to strip paint from resin models, the claws on the cataphractii lightning claws had to be scrapped and be replaced completely, and most of my resin cataphractii have become a bit soft in the outer layer, kinda like rubber)

I'm also working on turning a cairn wraith and a banshee into tech-priests, with a corpse cart and necromancer on their way by post to me, as well as some puppets war bits.

 

The reason i started mechanicus/m is actually because of the space marine centurion. Ever since i bought imperial armour vol.10 i've wanted to make a siege vanguard army with my iron warriors, and since the update allows centurion squads i knew i wanted some.

Problem is i, like some others, dislike the centurions "cuddly" look(for more information check out bruvalphabusas if-the-emperor-had-a-text-to-speech-device on youtube), meaning i had to find some alternative model.

 

Lo and behold the mighty myrmidon from forge world, unfortunately they are quite pricy so i decided to kitbash and convert my own:

About halfway done so far, waiting on some kataphron breacher arms to come through in the mail.

 

A question though, how would you propose i build some hurricane bolters for these fellas?
