Ah yes, think i follow him on Facebook, he's pretty upfront about the delays, the popularity of his bases appears to have taken him by surprise.

Yea his service is great. Best bases i have ever bought. Totally worth the time i am about to order 100 ish dollars more

The metallic black is amazing. ...are just the deathsworm in the metallic black? Or those most recent wolves in black too?

Actually only the priests will be in black. They do have the same helmets as the Deathsworn though since they are both cult of Morkai

A small update for soemthing big, got the big guy mostly built. His base is almost done minus me shaving the sides down.

I will be arming him with everything. I bought all the options and heavy mag the arms.

 

@recon: I just haven't glued them on yet.

 

@forward: haha I almost did that on my first one. It's just slid into place right now

You can't go wrong with a land Raider phobos. Spartans are too expensive to transport anything other than Primarch+retunues imo.

 

LR proteus are good for seeker squads (and combi-plasma vets) but are not a good idea for deathsworn (as they're a dedicated assault unit).

The Phobos is my favorite transport tank  for things like deathsworn  maybe you can get away with   a  land raider spearhead ( 3 phobos )  for your grey slayers and deathsworn  but your running very points heavy at that point. 

But hey , points dont matter considering how cool that would look right?

Why does Deathsworn #5 have a sword?

Place holder he axe is primed, the sword is

Just primed, was gonna be a frost blade

Ok washes are done so now we have touch ups a few details and pigments which dull it down a bit. Really happy with these guys so far lemme know what ya think. The sword will be gone as will the head of the actual sw axe, enjoy!! Ideas are always welcome!!
