As promised:  here is the Terminator Sanguinary Priest I've been working on.  Finished up the Matte Coat tonight.  And you can't really see it but he's standing on a bit of black marble, of which, I'm kinda proud.

That is seriously cool!

I managed to deepstrike a Land Raider today, after about five unsuccessful attempts. I simply cannot roll properly for reserves for the Ol' Box, and by the time it comes in, all my homing beacons are destroyed.

But not today!

Today, the Ol' Box managed to touchdown on turn three, landing lightly(Ish) beside the battered remains of a Scout Squad, and proceeded to blast a Leman Russ Battle Tank right off the table with the Multi-Melta, and a pair of glancing hits on another Russ with the lascannons.

A good day, by anyone's metric.

SURPRISE! What was in the raider?

Loving the idea of this thread! Have finally started painting; today's work:

The base is pretty much done, the top is in early stages. Any comments/critisisms/tips much appreciated (this combined a lot of firsts for me!).

I forgot to post this guy here (though I did post him over in the TITHI thread).

He's red because he's actually a Scouring-era Blood Angel who was part of the Knights of Blood's training cadre. He chose to remain behind as part of his new chapter, but kept most of his armor crimson in honor of his old chapter.

Awesome Looks great! How is the model like to pose?

Challenging. There's even some weirdness in how the feet hit the ground, but I think it's mostly obscured by the paint job. Forgeworld makes models that are very posable, but... that freedom can make it hard to work with. Make sure you clean the model thoroughly so your glue doesn't take sixteen years to dry.

Today in BAngles...this showed up at my doorstep.

Mr. Death Company thought he'd charge it.

Inside was this:

And buried under that, these (and...a few other things):

Sicaran just got out of the bath and scrub.  I'll prep it tomorrow.

Also got some work done on an Executioner turret (the gray highlight is looking a little blue because of the flash):

4 Co. insignia (should try and tidy it up....):

Been passing time with freehanding the 2nd company markings onto my razorbacks. It's surprising how much time this passed actually. Yellow blood drop? No problem...*splat*...dammit, back to the red again...*splodge*...ohh flipping..back to yellow...etc.

Haven't been posting much here but here my little contribution.. I worked on my 8th co. captain today.. Still have to finish the base and paint the jump pack! I really like the lord executioner model and it's a real treat to paint even if the cast was pretty bad!
