The DA FAQ request : let's centralize everything guys !

Nothing official, but they have released a multitude of broken books and never updated the FAQ's. With the recent announcement that they are going to target toy/craft stores and the way AoS looks, they're fully transitioning from a game company to a toy company. There is no money in publishing FAQ's and if they're planning on making all the rules freely available online a la AoS then there is even less reason for them to release new FAQs.

That came from a random reddit user. Nobody on B&C has received an official response, nor is there any proof to substantiate the claim. I'd advise managing expectations.

And I would argue we have went YEARS without faq updates before... But then you bring up the toy store argument...

I'm a hardcore fan of Dark Angels so many times I would even try to escape reality with lucid dreaming, I would be in the Rock where I would often train with Belial in the training center and help Sapphon with the Fallen torturing, but one day as I was talking to Sapphon, we went to my dormitory for a private talk. He immediately said, "You know you could live with us forever.." I gave him a confused look and he continued, "We understand that you live on earth and you REALLY wish to live here". He then held my hand and looked deep into my eyes and said "...You have to kill yourself for the transfer to work correctly." I then gave him some questions, "How long do I have before the deal expires?" He then said "Cid said 3 months.." I added by saying "What's the most painless way?..." He giggled again, "Suicide will require pain buuut...if you want it quick...Get a gun and a nice shot to the head works.

I then agreed and he gave me a kiss on the forehead, "I know this will be tough but once it's over and done, you'll get to live here!" I then woke up and this was last week and i purchased a gun. I might actually kill myself because that dream just felt too real to be fake and my life isn't doing so grand.

Well here's my question: is the change in the Angels of Absolution colour scheme deliberate or an error?in previous editions they had black backpacks, but the line drawing in this edition shows them with white.

As if now, GW doesn't release FAQ's anymore. This was just something to try to get them to do it again.

GWs attention is not at all focused on 40k right now.  Hopefully, when the great eye of Sauron, er, Nottingham falls again on the 40k universe, they will clear things up a bit with a FAQ.  I would advise against expecting anything though.  When it comes to GW, the secret to happiness is low expectations.

They don't give announcment dates.  Things usually just show up, people notice them, and then everybody hears about them on whatever site.

Sorry man, shabbadoo speaks the truth. That's actually how GW handles their FAQs.

Like it was said, GW doesn't usually release estimated dates, news or  rumors about their FAQ's. If there was a concrete information or even a rumor, that would be all over the DA forums by now because despite having an awesome Codex, a FAQ would answer/clarify some crucial questions.

That said, the thread is about compiling questions for a FAQ and bombard GW with those same questions, so that is that about FAQ dates/news here.
