Capt. Silver and Mr. Merry look great. I'd love to see them painted. Will they have dark clothing to help them fade into the shadows, or brightly colored clothing appropriate for the larger-than-life personalities that famous pirates had?

For the painting, I'm willing to, but before I'll do a test model or two to unrust my (lack of) skills.

 

They will have a bright, motley as possible, clothes -not to the point of harlequins-, because that's how I envision pirates. Wearing what they can have their hands on, most of them being poor ragged bastards, desperados, junkies of life (and death! -of others) who are prone to live fast and die soon, on the hope of glory (read: treasure).

 

Silver will be based on himself:

 

 

But instead of a parrot he'll have a servoskull grenade launcher.
