Gallan watched the butchery of the Eldar but had little chance to participate, the slaughter of the xenos young being accomplished in but moments.  Apollus' warning of more Eldar caused the Lamenter to snap back to a ready position.  He took note of the Astartes figure in the container, but left investigation of that mystery to Irad.

Gallan looked toward the Blackshield who also prepared for the Eldar and their fury.  When the Blackshield met his glance, Gallan raised his chainsword in salute.

There was something disappointed in their prey revealing to be aeldari.  They were worthy-enough foe, but Gallan’s mind had again and again imagined a confrontation with Tyranid monsters. Killing Eldar was within his duty to the Emperor, but it didn’t satisfy his desire for revenge.

More of the Eldar would arrive in a moment, and the kill-team tensed as one for their strike.

As the Kill-team is keen on getting out the Space Marine in the crystal, there is one thing to note: it's sitting on a decidedly Imperium designed grav plate. That may not be crystal as it appears to be after all.

With the Eldar on the hunt after the Kill-team's choice, there is little time to get the stasis unit and get out, although, if the Kill-team can quickly get to the unit/crystal grav platform with the now seen to be Deathwatch Space Marine inside (the new guy, at that), there's a very likely chance of them leaving this encounter zone quickly and quietly.

What is the current plan, as the platform can be moved, however, it might be noisy.

There are many choices, among them the following:

- Free the DW SM in the stasis unit

- Get that unit moving, letting the rather quiet grav platform move and make what noise it will (it is on and working quite well, oddly enough)

- Ambush the Eldar looking for the Kill-Team

What if any of these are the party's plans?

The Eldar are on the hunt, and out for blood; that said, they have to find the party to try and slay them...

Over the Squads in-helmet vox:

"All of you cover me, I shall bring the stasis unit along; we shall free our interred brother once we're in a more secure location."

And Apollus will move to the Grav-Plated Stasis unit and start pulling/pushing it towards wherever the squad deems to be the way out.

If I recall, we don't have a Cameleoline Tarp, right?

His bloody work done, the Blackshield scans the environment for additional threats. He catches the Lamenters salute, and quietly nods in return.

Hearing the psyker's order, he readies his bolter to cover the Iron Snake and the stasis pod. A mocking question momentarily fills his mind.

These other xenos aren't children, think you can handle them?

Shut up.

OOC: --- Restart of mission post and notification ---

IC:

The Killteam has landed, and the planet is a messed up jungle. Messed up, as in, the plants seem to think the Killteam is food in a nice crunchy can of some sort. That said, plants don't exactly think, as far as anyone in the Imperium knows; that said, it seems the carnivorous and ravenous flora is not helping getting around. After getting clear of the landing site, the glen that was used for insertion, There is no clear path, and the walking will be slow going, to be sure. The problem is, time is somewhat important, however, there is the fact that noise might notify any of the given enemies in the sector that happen to be on the planet some idea that an Imperial force has landed on the world.

(Which way is the Killteam looking to go? Questions are of course allowed, this will be a way to discuss OOC-wise, if it helps. OOC can also occur in the OOC thread.)
