After this I have five more primaris assault Marines that need beaky-fication and then I’m done…at this scale. Got a bunch of 8mm beakies that need work. Been fortunate this last week to get about an hour in every night. I got the wings, the stabilizers, and the front hull (interior and exterior) left to do. Haha I have used it a lot myself so I know your pain. Often with lighter models I find you have to neaten up the bleed that occurs. Really a pain in the butt. Looks great though. Made more progress tonight with the ball turrets and the landing gear. Raziel-TX Posted May 9, 2023 Author Share Posted May 9, 2023 (edited) Magnetized the turrets so I can remove them easily. They aren’t as stable as I like but I’m mainly after ease of transpo/storage. I’ll post wings later but the wings and stabilizers are also magnetized. I’m all ears for solutions on how to enclose the front troop compartment as the ball turret housing has a huge gap in it. Magnets so it can be raised up to allow folks embarking/disembarking to not be flagged. Also added tl heavy bolters on top. Magnetized of course for more pew pew.
