An oldie but goodie finally finished. Printed Baron Gigantus around 2.5 years ago to test the then brand-new Atlas Vulcan Resin that I backed on KS. I wasn't happy with the resin and I hadn't yet dialed it in for smaller layer heights than 50 micron.  I didn't bother after my tests didn't prove fruitful. I primed him and painted him to test out various skin color schemes as he's mostly exposed skin. I think he came out pretty well all things considered.

Baron G will be a warboss in my Rokka mob. The sonic assault from the loudspeakers will count as a power klaw. :D

Next up on this month's completed projects is the Orc Minigunner, or the "Orkinator" as I refer to him. Like Baron G, he was printed in a flurry of activity 2.5 years ago and before I tuned for better detail and smaller layer heights. As such, some of the layer lines are painfully visible, but I did my best with them. Painting a model in head to toe black leather was a bit of a challenge, but I found a happy medium. The satisfaction of clearing a long-overdue project from the painting desk makes up for all of it.

Third project completed this month: "Da Macheen". Mr.Modulork 6 month loyalty reward. Since all of my Orks are Rokkas, they'll be dressed as '80s metalheads. If we didn't wear leather, it was denim, hence the jorts. :D

Final completion for May, and the one I'm the most proud of. While I love Mr. Modulork's Rokk Starr, the speakers on the shoulders were a bit too much for my taste. So I set about making my own speaker squigs. (This was well before GW's corny looking "Goff Rocker" fig was released.)  The only problem I had was how to connect his amp to the speakers. Why not "Blootoof"? (Patent pending. :P ) A few bits later and the idea made sense. He only waited close to 3 years for paint.
