Looking great! Some advice I got recently that could apply here is where you're putting the rust. It'll naturally occur at edges for the most part or imperfections, so I've started trying to add it around rivets and such. The left and right ends the rust looks great, but in the middle section it almost looks to "uniformly worn," if that makes sense.

And two panels in a week or so seems like a pretty good rate lol

Hmm....

I think you might be right.

I tried to sponge it around rivets and in the bottom corners and also created some smears and dribbles....

it looks okay, but I will be honest, it might not be totally natural... still learning (also, difficult to reach into the corners with my sponge.... )

In any case, with a Space Hulk, we always have the excuse that "the warp did it".

Will try better with the next panel that is in the works.

I finished two more walls.

I was never going to get much done this month, since I am away on conferences and for other hobbies, so I am happy I got at least something done.

This also means that there are only three walls of the Into The Dark set left to paint (plus a few more other terrain items that I acquired, like the wrecked Rhino).

Another thing I did today-

I have seen other people numbering their Space Hulk terrain on the bottom, so I thought I do that too for easy reference

Well, since I was so busy at my day job at work and then I was off to Italy for a Scuba Diving holiday, no more painting has happened at my end.

But, I did order the Combat Arena Lair of the Beast game and it is just amazing- 30 Euro for so many awesome miniatures.

Especially when you take into account for how much the individual miniatures go for on Ebay!

I think most of these would make a great addition to an Inquisition Kill Team!

Plus, you get the awesome Ambull miniature.

I am stoked and very happy with this purchase and have spend all afternoon, sitting in the sun and putting it all together.

I hope I will find time during autumn and winter to get some paint on these guys, they will be a joy to paint.

Right.

It took ONE YEAR, but thanks to COVID which had me stuck at home all week, I finally managed to finish up the Gallowdark terrain.

I actually think this turned out very well.

And it looks pretty spooky together.

So yeah, my box of terrain is filling up!

And this just arrived in the mail....

(I know, there has been some discussion about this model, but I personally quite like it).

There is always a space for a storm trooper in my Inquisition collection.
